• Prepare vehicle for scan process
• Perform full scan of all modules installed in vehicle
• Clear and reset history fault codes where applicable
• Investigate any current faults or issues
• Consult customer if any additional testing, programming, or calibration is required.
Using OE Scan tool log onto OE Server, download most current programming data, program or code module complete set up of control module. Some modules require immobilizer programming as part of programming procedure.
NOTICE: See special instructions for immobilizer. Programming requires documentation, see forms and list of required documentation.
Using Factory scan tool, setup target to Factory Specification and run calibration procedure for Front Radar Unit.
Pre-Scan: Scan vehicle, print faults and review with customer if any additional testing, programming or calibration may be required.
Post-Scan: Return to vehicle, clear all faults, and inspect suspect systems for proper operation.
Program immobilizer ignition keys, purchase or generate immobilizer key code.

Make measurements according to service information install targets, or target lines. Perform calibration using OE Scan tool with targets at specified distance.

Perform calibration of Blind Spot Monitor radar unit according to factory specifications using OE scan tool and targets. Take necessary measurements and setup target for calibration procedure, then perform calibration.
WARNING: If mounting angles are out of range and cannot be calibrated, mounting area may require replacement or repair.
Using scan tool and weights, calibrate, re-zero, and check for accuracy according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Using OE scan tool, perform calibration of all ABS VSA sensors. Consists of obtain level surface, checking vehicle dynamics and run calibration procedure, then checking data for accuracy when completed. Does not include programming.
Repair wiring per manufacturer recommended procedure. Using crimp, or solder and seal as necessary.
Order, receive, and install connector to vehicle and inspect circuit for proper operation.
ATTENTION: Prior to ordering, connector pictures are required - 3 pictures of each connector (side view, top view, and view of pins).
